Privacy at AnyHost.
This policy explains the information AnyHost handles when you visit our sites, create an account, connect a repository, provision cloud resources, deploy an application, or contact us.
Scope
One product, two domain roles.
AnyHost is the cloud application platform presented at anyhost.app. The anyhostcloud.com domain and its subdomains provide control-plane, API, runtime, deployment, customer application, and transactional-email infrastructure.
This policy covers information handled by AnyHost. An application deployed by an AnyHost customer may collect information under that application's own privacy policy; the customer operating that application is responsible for describing its practices.
Information we handle
Information needed to operate a production platform.
- Account and identity information: name, email address, authentication provider identifiers, workspace membership, and session records.
- Project and service information: connected repository metadata, project configuration, environments, domains, resource settings, deployment records, and audit events.
- Operational information: request metadata, IP-derived security signals, logs, health results, errors, usage measurements, and support correspondence.
- Billing information: subscription state, usage totals, invoices, and payment-provider references. Complete payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by AnyHost.
- Transactional email information: sender and recipient addresses, template and delivery metadata, bounces, complaints, and suppression records needed to deliver expected messages and prevent repeated delivery to invalid or complaining addresses.
How information is used
Operate, secure, support, and bill the service.
We use information to authenticate users, provide requested infrastructure, execute deployments, deliver transactional messages, calculate usage, process subscriptions, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, communicate about the service, and meet legal obligations.
Transactional email is limited to account verification, password resets, security alerts, deployment notifications, and other user-triggered or necessary application notifications. AnyHost does not operate this service with purchased, scraped, rented, or third-party recipient lists.
Service providers and disclosure
Information moves only where the service requires it.
AnyHost uses infrastructure, source-control, identity, payment, observability, communications, and integration providers to deliver the service. These providers receive information necessary for their function and operate under their own terms and privacy obligations.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Workspace owners and authorized members can access information belonging to their workspace according to their permissions.
Retention and security
Keep what operations and accountability require.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve security and audit evidence, resolve disputes, collect amounts due, and comply with legal requirements. Retention periods vary by data type. Backups, billing records, and security logs may remain after account closure for a limited period.
AnyHost applies scoped access, environment separation, encrypted transport, secret-management controls, monitoring, and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users must protect account credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
Choices and requests
Control your account and communication.
You can update account information through the product where available, disconnect integrations, adjust optional application notifications, or request account closure. Necessary security, billing, and service messages may continue while the account or an outstanding obligation remains active.
To request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy action available under applicable law, contact us. We may verify the requester's identity and authority before acting.
Contact and changes
