Terms for using AnyHost.

The service

A managed cloud layer for applications.

AnyHost lets authorized users connect source repositories, create isolated environments, provision managed services, deploy applications, inspect operational evidence, and use related automation. Features may include preview, beta, or third-party components and may change as the service develops.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use AnyHost for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and access

Use scoped credentials and accurate information.

You are responsible for activity under your account, workspace, project credentials, connected repositories, and deployed applications. Keep credentials and secrets confidential, grant only necessary access, and notify AnyHost promptly of suspected compromise.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and may not impersonate another person or organization, share access in a way that defeats workspace permissions, or attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, spend controls, or environment boundaries.

Acceptable use

Do not use AnyHost to harm people, systems, or sender reputation.

You may not use AnyHost to send spam or unsolicited bulk email; use purchased, scraped, rented, or third-party recipient lists; conduct phishing or credential theft; distribute malware; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; interfere with other systems; evade usage restrictions; or engage in illegal activity.

Transactional email must be expected by the recipient and tied to registration, authentication, security, deployment, or another user-triggered or necessary application event. You must honor user preferences, keep recipient sources traceable, and stop sending to hard-bounced or complaint addresses.

AnyHost may rate-limit, suppress delivery, quarantine activity, require verification, suspend a project, or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect recipients, infrastructure, other customers, or the service.

Customer content and integrations

You keep responsibility for what you connect and deploy.

You retain your rights in source code, data, domains, templates, and other content you provide. You grant AnyHost the permission needed to process that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for repositories, data, recipient addresses, domains, and third-party accounts you connect. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.

Plans, usage, and payment

Cloud usage can create variable charges.

Current plan features, included quantities, usage rates, and spend-control behavior are described on the pricing page. You authorize charges associated with the selected plan and measured use. Usage reports can arrive after the underlying activity, so a threshold is an operational control rather than a guaranteed invoice cap.

You are responsible for taxes and valid payment information. AnyHost may restrict new billable actions, suspend services, or terminate resources according to the published billing lifecycle when amounts remain unpaid.

Service operation

Production systems require shared responsibility.

AnyHost works to operate the service securely and reliably, but no online service is uninterrupted or error-free. You remain responsible for application behavior, data classification, backups appropriate to your use case, access decisions, compliance obligations, and validation before production changes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated here, and AnyHost is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruption, third-party services, customer code, or unauthorized account use.

Suspension and termination

Access can end, but obligations may remain.

You may stop using AnyHost and request account closure, subject to outstanding charges and resource cleanup. AnyHost may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abusive activity, security risk, legal requirement, or nonpayment. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Terms concerning payment, ownership, confidentiality, limitations, dispute resolution under applicable law, and records that must be retained survive termination where their nature requires it.
